With the upgrading technology and more inclination towards modernisation, there has been occurrence
of hard hitting effects on our health. Technology is somewhere becoming a hurdle in our way towards good health. Due to many new devices used in day-to-day life, our physical activity has been lessened
allot. Lack of exercise is leaving us with several health concerning issues.
We can see that the modern man is becoming way more lethargic. No physical activities, bad eating habits, etc. all these affect our health terribly.This laziness leads to obesity which further leads to turn into a heart problem.
Effects on Heart
This carelessness towards health is becoming the major issue of increased rates in heart diseases. According to WHO (World Health Organization), heart diseases are becoming the top reason of deaths these days.
People are suffering mostly because of several heart diseases. The reason being not careful enough about health.
In most of the heart diseases, the main causes include: obesity, hypertension, smoking, lack of sleep, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, stress, air pollution, bad eating habits, and much more like these.
Heart diseases include- myocardial infarction, heart failure, pulmonary stenosis, coronary artery disease, cardiac arrest, cardiovascular diseases- (unusual state of heart leading toillness in blood vessels and heart),and many more severe heart problems are there which can disturb our lives terribly.
